Shipping & Returns Policy
| Shipping Shipping rates only apply to items shipped within the continental U.S. Please call for shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other countries. Shipping time for in stock items is 3 to 4 business days. Custom orders will usually ship in 7 to 10 business days depending on product and workload at that time. In addition to the shipping rates, an $8.00 handling charge will be added to each order to cover the costs of shipping materials. Return Policy Contact us within 30 days of shipping if you are unhappy with your product. You will receive a store crredit of the total invoice amount for that product after shipping product back to Ruby Creek Ranch. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Custom Made Products Customer is required to approve design before product can be fabricated. Refunds on "custom" orders will only be given if product is defective.
